Excellent I found The Warr Partnership website on Google, it sounded pretty good and the Google reviews overall were very positive although there were one or two weird ones, which I sensibly chose to ignore. I was hesitant, as I had not written a will before and was not sure what to expect. Seems that I should not have worried as they were reassuring and not at all pompous, but very down to earth and explained everything in clear ordinary English. They helped me to think about things that had not even crossed my mind. Such a pity so many people I know have not written their wills – I will encourage them. When I rang The Warr Partnership as the website advises, they were very informative and the costs were clearly explained. It was explained why so often other firms “hike” what was quoted when payment is actually asked for. I particularly liked their fee match guarantee – It seemed I could not go wrong. I decided to make an appointment, which was clearly confirmed in writing detailing the information I would need to have for the meeting, enclosing an advance copy of their Letter of Engagement to read before the appointment – at which they were able to answer all my questions in a way I could easily understand. At the end, I was delighted that their fee was exactly as they had quoted over the ‘phone. Their Terms & Conditions , both for document preparation & for storage were brief, clear & easy to understand. I have no hesitation in recommending them – and already have!

I have found this company at all times to be Honest, patient, calm and understanding when I have not been familiar with legal terms and found it difficult to follow the legal procedures. This firm wrote wills for me & my wife. We found them to be Very thorough and able to explain things in in straightforward language a way we found easy to follow & understand. They were very patient, relaxed and applied no pressure to do anything other than what we asked them to do. We also have to say that we found the fee level to be very reasonable given the high level of service we received. We have no hesitation in highly recommending them. They also recently handled the administration of my late father's estate, which was handled very sensitively and, again, their fee was very reasonable, totally amounting to less than £1000, which we know to be far, far less than most local firms would have charged.
