Would highly recommend Campions Yellow Team to anyone looking for conveyancing. The yellow team are in my opinion absolutely amazing! They worked on the sale of our property, a purchase that went almost through to completion and then a second purchase which did complete. The team got all of them ready to go in excellent time (always waiting for the other solicitors!), were friendly, knowledgable and kept me up to date. Extra special thanks to Lauren G and Pavan S for working so hard and helping us to get our dream home! They are a real asset to the team and I’m so grateful to them. We made use of the no move no fee extra which we purchased and then we had to pull out of a sale. We didn’t pay any fees for this even though all the work had been completed and Campions then carried on to work on our next purchase. Highly recommended the extra £84 for peace of mind if anything goes wrong. The only negative I will say is that I often struggled to get through on the phone however the team were very quick to reply to emails so it didn’t really matter. All I ever hear is people complain about their solicitors so I am so grateful to have found Campions Yellow Team. Thank you!

I received excellent service from Campions throughout my house purchase which was made more difficult for them due to the Covid restrictions, the Stamp duty holiday and the fact that I had returned from abroad which complicated issues. Will use them again in order to do my Will once I am moved in and settled. I liked that they had a local office to me which made things easier at the end although most of the communication was done on line keeping us all safe. Staff were friendly and polite and fees were within the normal range as I did compare prices .

We used Campions services to purchase our first home. Being first time buyers we were not completely sure of the procedure but campions were very informative and made the whole process stress free. It was a long long process due to covid19 and our chain being in wales, but i can now happily say we are finally in our home!! Campions were excellent value compared to some other conveyancers (especially ones in our hometown)and a friend had prev used them and advised they were great. I was a little concerned we weren't using one in our hometown and contact with campions would mostly be over the phone/emails, but this won't put me off using them ever again as the service was superb! They responded quickly to my emails and they were very thorough with all the paperwork. Would definitely recommend and we will be using them again in the future. If you are thinking about using them and are hesitant dont be, they are great! Big thanks to Faye who is a credit to the team.

The service provided at Campion Solicitors in respect of conveyancing procedures for a house sale has been very satisfactory. Due to the Covid regulations there has been no requirement for face to face contact and the sales process was carried out in a very professional manner with documentation provided electronically. Don’t let the reasonable prices throw you off, you are not getting substandard services here!! Despite our Shared Ownership purchase being more complicated than expected, we were kept informed and advised every step of the way.
