My wife and I have just reviewed our will with Adil Shehzad. Our previous contacts with Simpsons have been disappointing and left us uncertain and in need of clarification on several issues. Adil took the time to listen to our concerns and to understand our circumstances and very quickly understood what we needed out of the meeting. He had a good all round knowledge and was able to very clearly explain everything we needed to know in a way that was easy for us to understand. I didn't think making a will was that simple and I feel relieved now that I did it. Darcy was excellent, very efficient and friendly, she made the process quick and explanatory. After a small problem with the Internet connection, which she promptly solved by calling me, she explained the documentation and procedure in a simple and clear way, giving me effective advices based on my situation. And she made herself available for any future questions or concerns of mine. An experience that I highly recommend, even if the topic would seem difficult to deal with, better be prepared legally.

Due to the covid-19 restrictions the meeting had to take place over a Zoom call, but it was done in a manner that made the whole process easy to understand. There was minor technical difficulties at the start of the meeting but once that was sorted out everything was fine.
