M. 2.I instructed Paragon Legals to deal with the conveyancing of the sale of my late mums home. I hadn't previously heard of them but had them recommended. The service was polite, professional, friendly and there always someone on hand to explain in plain english some of the complex questions that arise in these situations. Credit where due, I was impressed with their service and price and would happily recommend them to others.
l. h.I can't praise this company enough, especially Megan. Today I believe they went above and beyond to help me with a stressful situation after purchasing a property. Megan and her manager stayed 2 hours behind office hours chasing the keys to a property I exchanged contracts with at midday. P. P.I used Paragonlegals which is an online service for the conveyancing on the sale of 2 houses and purchase of a new build house. The purchase had several very unusual challenges which Daniel advised us about and managed them carefully and efficiently. In particular, first registration of new build houses can be lengthy and complicated and many online conveyancing companies cannot or will not offer their services in these circumstances. One sale became very problematic with difficulties within the chain but Daniel was always available and responsive to my (endless ) queries. It proved very easy to accomplish all these conveyances online and they all went through in a very timely manner. Truly a 5star service throughout and very competitively priced.
