I was so relieved when I originally spoke to Laura and she understood exactly what I needed and got to work straight away - within hours I had been sent documents that I needed to complete in order to get the process started. I have been a client of Laura’s for a few months now and she has assisted me in the transfer of deeds of one property and the purchase of another. If you are buying or selling a home then you are making a mistake if you don't consider Megan Handley at The Byrne Practise to undertake the legal work on your move. You don't have to live in Bawtry, or even Doncaster. We have been delighted with the work that Megan and Laura have done for us remotely for properties in Bridlington, Skegness and Goole. All solicitors are not equal. We have had some really poor ones over the years who have disappointed us by being unresponsive, uncommunicative and in some cases down right incompetent. So why do I recommend Megan and TBP? Firstly you get a named solicitor to work with, you have a personal relationship and someone to contact. You are not just an anonymous case file. Secondly Megan is easily contactable by email and phone. She responds. She is proactive and keeps you updated. She advises of issues. She is also realistic and pragmatic. Whether you are a property professional, or buying, or selling for the first time she will help and make the whole process easy for you. So we completed on our most recent purchase yesterday and had a superb, good value service from Megan and now it looks like we have received an offer on our latest sale property, so it starts all over again, but we're confident that we are in good hands. I am giving five stars here specifically for an employee of the business Laura Simpson who carries the title of 'Trainee Conveyancer' at this practice. Up until Laura got involved, communication was none existent, things moved very slowly and we were told on numerous occasions by more senior staff that things had been dealt with, only to find out weeks later they hadn't. I am led to believe that these more senior staff of the practice have now left the business. It has been very frustrating time for us as it would appear we have been caught up in this, but what I can say is all that changed when the trainee got involved. I hope this is a sign of the future for this company and Laura moves up the chain at the practice as they would greatly benefit from her input, and yes I would absolutely recommend Laura working on your case, she is polite, efficient and keeps you in the loop, what we have been asking for since the off, keep the good work up Laura you will go far!

Have used a few different conveyancing solicitors over the years, and Dannii at this firm, has been the best experience by a long shot. Contrary to most firms we have always had a lightening fast response from her. First I used property lawyers based in Leicester and had quite the opposite experience (to the extent that I withdrew from their services in spite of loosing the fee). I have also used a well-known and regarded 'virtual' law firm, whose service and response time was no match from that I have received from The Byrne Practice - in spite of costing literally thousands more. I have experienced zero delays and the very best service - Dannii would be my first choice every time.

We used the practice to sell our property then a few months later purchase our current property. The sale went through easily and we were very happy with the fees charged (cheaper by far than the other 3 local solicitors practices) so used the practice for the purchase. Again the purchase was handled swiftly and we were able to exchange and complete on the same day on the date we wanted. Emails were always answered in a timely manner and any information shared with us. An example of this being the freehold, which we were able to purchase but wouldn't have thought of doing at the same time had Dannii not given us the option. The only problem we did encounter was the TR1 appeared to have been lost in the post so we had to have another sent out. Perhaps recorded delivery or signed for post would be a good idea for those documents sent from the practice. We would certainly use the service again and would recommend the practice to anyone wanting conveyancing work.

Dannii Brunning is very professional and provides a very efficient and thorough service with prompt action and replies to any queries.
