I phoned up a few times for various reasons which I won't mention but the service was great staff where polite and each time I came away with a clear understanding of what was going on etc

The service is generally great but trying to speak to someone is getting more and more difficult. 10 hours have been spent on hold over the past week. The phone goes on speaker and l get on with my day. Unfortunately like many services these days they are overwhelmed.
