Amazing service from Graeme on the phone and Dean who came out to fix our alarm. I phoned this afternoon and an engineer was booked to be with me the following day, only to be called back shortly after to be told they could have someone come out within 2 hrs. Fantastic turn around and attentive service. THANK YOU.

Called yesterday to ask for someone to call and give a quote for upgrade of alarm. Had ongoing problem from power cut 2wks ago and couldnt get alarm to re-set. Had visit today and the person who came was fantastic showed me how to reset alarm tested everything and told me there was no need for an upgrade as system was working perfectly well and if we had problems in the future to contact them. It has restored my faith in humanity that not every one out there is out to make a fast buck!!! Well done Premier I will recommend you to all my friends and you will be the first person I call when I have any alarm problems in the future.
