A. M.Couldn't recommend Shield Accident Management enough!! The entire team, particularly Joanne have been extremely responsive and professional throughout. My own insurance company failed to supply me with a hire car whilst my claim was being sorted. After phoning Shield, they were able to supply me with a hire car within hours as well as taking over my claim with my insurance company.

P. O.We had an accident at around 5 pm on a Saturday evening and I contacted Joanne straightaway who was very professional and reassuring in her approach. By 11 am on Sunday morning we had a courtesy car and our own car taken away for full repairs. The repairs were done quickly and to a very high standard and we were very impressed with the approach throughout. If I was ever in a similar accident I would definitely use Shield again.
