N. y.I never realised how good a solicitor Martin (and Helen) is until I was forced by a Mortgage company to use another solicitor. Martin has helped me and saved me a lot of money in the past, his level of communication and ability to explain these legal matters is top notch. His location to the main estate agents is very handy as well
