I was involved in a car accident in January 2018 during the terrible snow through no fault of my own. I asked Gildeas to reclaim my excess and also my additional £70 voluntary insurance payment that I paid for my courtesy car. I was told that as it was my choice to pay for the additional insurance for the courtesy car I may not be eligible to recover this but they would try. Gildeas were excellent in helping me get the relevant information I was having problems obtaining from my own insurance company and ultimately recovered all my losses including my insurance cover for the courtesy car. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
