Yesterday I had a comprehensive telephone conversation with Crystal McGowen concerning a refusal to grant a visa to an Indian National who is to all intents my adoptive daughter. I found to be very knowledgeable and understanding. Her advice was concise, and thorough. She gave me hope that a further submission with more information would result in a positive outcome.

I am very pleased that I decided to make an appointment with Simon Magava, within a few minutes I had gone from desperately depressed to confident that in time I could achieve our families objectives. The Immigration people finally contacted me and his opinions and advice turned out to be spot on. My only regret is that our country has sunk so low that our civil servants and their contractors regularly expose people of all nationalities to such stress. We used IAS to get a fiancé visa followed by a partner visa. The process started off slow where I had a meeting with one lawyer and then was transferred to another but once started they were very good at answering any questions and being available day or night to help. I found an issue with our application with 24 hours to fix it and Jean Paul fixed it straight away and stayed at work late in order to help me. All the advice was very clear and Jean Paul and Megan responded to phone calls and emails as promptly as they could. The only thing I would have liked is if a list of the documents/paperwork needed could be made available of what we need earlier so that we did not have to rush to get all the documents together before meetings! However we have our visas now and it was a lot smoother and much easier than doing it on our own! Well worth it - thank you very much :)

Impeccably Great! Kirsty Hird is a name I am going to remember for the rest of my life, and so will my family, and highly likely my friend who is yet to use the service. I had waited over two years for my citizenship decision from the Home Office when I used IAS to sort it out for me. When I first met with Kirsty, I made it clear that I was not interested in chaser letters, and Kirsty perfectly understood my concerns and advised me that I should instruct them to send the Pre Action Protocol letter, AKA PAP Letter, and that the Home Office would do something about it. Bingo! It worked! I have got my decision.
