I sold a property in England and used MM Legal to purchase 2 flats in Scotland...all during the Covid lockdown. I found Erika to be incredibly professional and easy to deal with. She was always just a phone call or email away. She meticulously went through all documents and made me aware of all potential issues with the properties. Neither of the purchases were straightforward due to one having a temporary tenant and the other being a bank repo, yet everything went ahead with minimal fuss and on time. I will definitely use them again in the future.

I am not one to ever write reviews but the service I have had from MM Legal’s Erika was fabulous. A huge big thanks to Erika. Recently bought a property and the whole process was made easy and totally pain free. Erika kept us right and was able to meet with us at our convenience at our home, through video calls and was always readily available to answer any questions we had via the phone.
