Robert was excellent all round in the purchase of our first property. He was very patient and very quickly responded when we first needed to put an offer in; and from this point onward he continued to communicate and make the process clear and transparent - never once did I feel condescended or an inconvenience despite having very little knowledge of the process going into things.
