I've just completed on a house purchase, and can't fault MacRae and Kaur for the service they provided. The team were thorough and efficient and pushed for progress when delays occurred at a late stage on the seller's side. Jatinder is impressively conscientious (and has to be the most personable solicitor I've ever spoken to!) . Going through the legal process of buying and selling a house is never going to be described as stress-free fun, but MacRae and Kaur made it as smooth and straightforward as it could be, and I really appreciated the way they dealt with a last minute problem on my purchase. I'm going to be selling my previous house now, and will definitely be using MacRae and Kaur for the conveyancing again.

Generally, larger law firms tend to allocate conveyancing cases to paralegals. We chose to go with a small law firm which meant our case was handled by a partner right from the beginning. We had a cash buyer and it looked an easy sale. However, this proved not to be the case. It was really terrific to have a partner-level solicitor with loads of experience to help us through the final stages and offer critical, timely and important advice. Jatinder's steady communication and calm attitude really steadied the boat and we were so grateful to get across the line with her good guidance.
