I recently used McIntosh & McCann to sell my property. Great service in terms of preparing my client file and completing verification checks, speedy process for preparing the paperwork and taking me through everything I needed to know about the seller process, always available for my many questions to be answered and the continuous monitoring and chasing of the sellers solicitor to conclude on missives without delay to ensure everything was completed on time. Very reasonable price for the work undertaken and handled every aspect as expected. This made the whole process so simple and seamless. Thanks for all your help and top service.

McIntosh and McCann, experts in family matters where children are caught up in parenting disputes were recommended to me. Given the outcome of my court hearing I would have no hesitation whatsoever in passing on that recommendation. Children desperate to see their father and a father, equally as anguished, seeking contact with his children. Mc and Mc sought and fought to put the children’s needs first. Taking direction from myself and together with the Sheriff and the courts. We were successful at every turn. I now - after more than two years of waiting - have residential contact EVERY weekend with provisions for further contact during school holidays. The wait was undoubtedly one of the toughest things I have ever endured. Throughout all procedures McIntosh and McCann kept me informed of all matters affecting any outcomes. Their expertise and experience ensured I was supported continuously. Amy, Emma and Stuart all took and returned calls from myself over the period. Lorna and Michelle acting on my behalf brought the case to its swiftest conclusion. Been a client of lornas for a while and while the case isn't straight forward she does her absouket best to help in any way shape or form 110 percent the best lawyers out there. I was anxious to start with as I decdied to use mcintosh mccann while I'm almost 40 mins away so it's ourside my own town but they do their absouket best to support and get everytjing sorted so professional and they actually act like humans and understand parents have emotions and always try their best to reassure lorna is straight to the point and she won't tell you what you want to hesr she'll tell you what yiu needto hesr which I think is the best way

I was recommended to see Michelle McIntosh by another solicitor/firm who were unable to take my case on. I was a bit worried as nobody else had heard of Macintosh and McCann, and although Michelle and Lorna McCann have had years n years of experience, the firm itself was set up only a few years ago. Having worked with Michelle in Family Law over the last few years (A year of this in the middle of a pandemic) I can't recommend Michelle enough who is straight to the point, great advice and has a great understanding of the family court system, I've built a great relationship and common ground with this firm as a whole which has helped me alot whilst other parties I know have changed their solicitors as much as 3 times. Lorna McCann has also been amazing throughout during another case, straight to the point and friendly when I've been at the most stressful level and an excellent bonus that Lorna and Michelle work together as one team. This is not a big posh intimidating expensive Solicitors firm in the middle of the Glasgow town centre where they just treat you as a random client. This is a smaller intimate, easy to deal with, warm, friendly staff and well effective team who are better than or just as good as any other big solicitor firm out there. I have now recommended this team to Glasgow Shared Parenting and would recommend this team to anyone else out there who are really going through a difficult time.

Look no further than this firm if you are seeking an experienced divorce solicitor. McIntosh McCann was the third firm of solicitors that I had approached to assist me with my divorce and I cannot speak highly enough about them. From the outset Michelle advised me on my options, none of which had been offered by the first two solicitors which was baffling. The others had been negative in their advice/approach and I found them to be very unhelpful whereas Michelle was a complete contrast in outlining the divorce process for my personal position. Michelle kept me updated on a regular basis and progressed my case with a view to achieving the best possible outcome for me. Michelle was able to deliver the outcomes that we had discussed, from the outset, which was fantastic. People always comment that the only person benefitting from divorce is the solicitors, for the costs that they are charging, and this was definitely not the case with Michelle.
