Mr Freeman represented my son who crashed his car in a suicide attempt when he was 17 yrs old. He did a great job in convincing the Procurator Fiscal to reduce the charge from dangerous driving to careless driving and ensured that all mitigating circumstances and actions taken to turn his life around were put forward. My son was given a fine and 5 penalty points which meant he was allowed to keep his licence and I am very grateful for this. I highly recommend Mr Freeman and am so glad that we employed his services.

Picture me, stressed, panicked and downright distressed about a dangerous driving charge. Ban pending, livelihood ruined, serious setbacks. I called Freeman, and straight away he took away my stress, the way your big brother or dad gives reassurance that it's all going to be alright. He took me on, I was feeling good, in the days running up to the court date I started stressing, again Richard reassured me. Fast forward to the trial date, I wait outside the court for Richard while he says a few words before court starts. 10mins go by, and the door opens, success, case is dropped. No charges, no judge, no issues. I floated out the courtroom. Since then he's helped me and countless friends and family out of tickets and trouble. He's not let us down yet. There's are road traffic lawyers and then there's Freeman, Glasgow's very own Harvey Spectre. You get what you pay for with Richard. And that's peace of mind that you've got the best in your corner. If you have doubts, stop, just get the price paid and breathe again (or you could always get into cycling?)

Please read carefully before hiring Richard Freeman and co to fight your case! I was charged for dangerous driving and after wasting time and money with previous lawyers i came across Richard Freeman and co who was recommended from a friend. Gave them a call, told them my side of the story compared to what the citation read and Mr Freeman knew exactly what this case was and straight away was delighted to fight my case. I got charged with dangerous driving. With 10 independent police statements one victim who “pretended” to be injured and one witness so yes it was serious! Fast forward to the trial diet which got adjourned due to victim not turning up However Mr Freeman managed to drop the charges to careless driving looking at 6points and few hundred pounds of fine and changed few words in the citation. On my next trial date i was potentially looking at careless driving instead of dangerous with the injury part taking out because prosecutor knew the victim was exaggerating! Following court date Mr Freeman couldn't make it so he assigned me to Mr Khorasani. I wasn’t sure about this lawyer since I've never met him but i was promised from Richard Freeman and his secretary (Karen) that he surrounds himself with the best of lawyers who are possibly same level as him or better! Long story short on the date of my trial which was on the 25th October 2022 the case was dismissed and i was free to go even though the prosecutor tried to adjourn it for a later date by mentioning it 3times to the sheriff!!! Thank you VERY much Mr Khorasani who argued suggesting why it shouldn’t be adjourned and mentioned everything that was wrong in the case and went on to elaborating what type of victim it is and even mentioned all the previous convictions to the Sheriff and even went to the extent to say how the court is wasting my time and money.. Prosecutor had no chance to argue with that! Tbh i do admit it depends on luck and whatever God decides for us but i know the legal fees i paid for Richard Freeman and co has been well spent! Honestly hand on my heart from past experiences with crooked lawyers you need to explain to them on what to mention in court even after paying £00s, or £000s and the idiots will still pretend they care when realistically its only a business to them! Richard Freeman and co as far as what I’ve experienced they know how to speak in courtrooms without you mentioning anything to them. Such friendly approachable team, this man honestly reminds me how a father looks after his son Great personality, always smiling and same goes with the team. No wasting time and they won’t sugarcoat anything to make you feel better. Pay the legal fees and breathe honestly thats all! Reason why i gave it 4 stars…i was stressed worried, had a massive impact on me especially stressing over 10 police statements (sounds abit racial lol). He should’ve met me sooner and not letting me waste time and money on other law firms😂 Thank you :-)

It’s natural for someone to be nervous paying someone you don’t know but you are relying on everyone elses reviews for the service they’ve provided. Putting my doubts aside, and trusting the reviews was the best decision I’ve ever made. Mr Freeman has been the best lawyer anyone could ask for. From passing my driving test first time, as you can imagine I was over the moon, till 2 months went by and I was in an accident where I knocked over 2 pedestrians. I was done with careless driving and obviously I was stressed and in panic mode incase I get a ban and lose my license which I needed for work and daily life. I found Richard on Google and read every single review before making a decision and I was nervous for trusting someone I’ve never contacted before. Considering I was in my 2year probation period, I was scared incase I get a serious ban and lose my license. I prepared myself for the worst case scenario but Mr freeman understood my worries and seen how stressed I was but he reassured me countless of times that he will help me and everything will be ok. Fast forward to the trial date, I got the best possible outcome I could have received and I got to keep my license too, happy days. 😌🥳 I felt a tonne of weight fall off my shoulders. I was charged with drink driving following a crash In which I got a sign post. I googled road traffic solicitors and after seeing Richard Freeman's 'Road traffic expert' headline and reading the very positive reviews I called and was pleased to hear that he was happy to represent me. I discussed my case with Mr Freeman in detail and was told that I had a very technical defence and he was happy to go to trial. My case was called many times as through COVID cases were taking an eternity to be brought to trial and as such on one occasion Richard arranged for me to be represented by a very highly regarded solicitor in Stirling area in what is described as a 'hand holding exercise' as it was merely a pleading diet as Richard was in trial elsewhere. This solicitor told me that I was done and advised me to not only change solicitors and appoint him but also to plead guilty. I'm glad to say that I stuck with Richard and not only did he win my case but more impressively on the day of my trial he found a flaw which resulted in the charges against me being dropped without even stepping inside the courtroom. Would highly recommend to anyone.
