Recommended by a local estate agent, I'm glad we worked with Andrea Waddell (plus team - Ainsley, Sharon, Lucy) on our sale & purchase. Selling a 250-year old house and buying a 150-year old house in different regions, wasn't without complications but Andrea handled every twist & turn along the way, in a responsive manner which inspired calm & confidence. Andrea was super helpful especially as a first time buyer! Unfortunately I was unable to use her as I found a shared equity property which needed a solicitor linked to the estate agents. We had an intractable, historical boundary problem which was holding up our house sale. In desperation, we found Lucy Weaver via a paper concerning boundaries and the Land Registry in the Law Society journal. Not only was our difficult problem solved, but we found her competent, proactive, efficient, and, above all, trustworthy. There was no patronising and everything was explained in terms we could understand. And we found the charges to be reasonable and appropriate. All this was in complete contrast to our original solicitor whom we had to dispense with, who did not solve the problem and charged considerably more. Thank you Lucy and your team.
