Branches in Hull and Hornsea. I've used this firm for notarizing ID and now in the process for conveyancing. Excellent, clear and professional advice to date. Quiet happy with the service to date. Accessibility - steps in and then a dog leg short staircase into reception. Car Parking - we walked some distance from the council car park. Street parking nearer.

Due to painful previous experiences with solicitors in Hull I was sceptical about even moving house again however after our mortgage advisor recommended Brewer Wallace we decided to give it a go. One issue in general in dealing with solicitors is the lack of communication however with Jemma Tonkiss at Brewer Wallace we had no such issues. Brewer Wallace offer an excellent service and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a high quality service at a very reasonable rate. There were no hidden costs and they were very supportive of working towards my time-frame and personal preferences when selling my house. Can not recommend Jemma T enough!!! Excellent communication throughout all transactions I have used Brewer Wallace for. Always return calls as promised and very efficient, only reason there's not 5 star is due to not being told the transaction had completed until 2 hours after it had (the vendor who I bought from called and told me it was complete and gave me keys 2 hours before receiving the email to confirm had completed)

Excellent and professional service. There were delays in the service we received, but this was entirely out of their hands as it was a governmental issue with computers. Absolutely no complaints with this firm.
