My house purchase has recently been completed, James Legal did all of the conveyancing. I would highly recommend Nicky and team for all conveyancing work. The sale went really well. Nicky kept me fully informed and updated regularly and was very efficient from start to finish. Better still the whole process only took around 8 weeks so all done earlier than expected. Thanks again to Nicky and team, very much appreciated. x

After having to deal with Premier Property Lawyers having their whole online portal go down due to a security breach and going some time with absolutely no updates from them, I decided to switch solicitors and went with Nicky at James Legal Beverley. I found her fees to be very reasonable, her drive to get the purchase and sales of the properties through was refreshing and always kept me updated with every bit of progress. Special mention to her assistant Courtney Scott too who always got documentation over to me promptly, kept me updated and chased things up for me. Now happy in our new home!
