They went above and beyond to support what was becoming an unnecessarily difficult transaction (our buyers' conveyancer was at times next to hopeless) often, emailing out of business hours to ensure I was kept informed of progress. Gotelees are great! We went to them for a will writing service and from being something we'd long dreaded, it became a simple and straightforward process. Rachel was extremely helpful and friendly and we were very relieved to have our wills written and sorted.
