Avisons Solicitors once again acted for us regarding a site acquisition which need to be completed very quickly as we were against other parties who were also looking to jump ahead by securing the exchange with the vendors. Avisons were fast off the mark and were superb in securing the deal they at the same time ensured that all the due diligence was undertaken to the satisfaction of all involved including our funders. Excellent service yet again the purchase was not straight forward but the Avisons property team again have demonstrated their skill set in both terms of commitment and advice.

I instructed Avisons Solicitors on a matter which had been referred to the High Court regarding a complex fraud case. The matter involved international cross boarder transactions. The background work to enable the case to be presented was a huge undertaking which required hours of diligent preparation which frankly was so competently researched by the firm and the their legal team. Realistically, without their understanding expertise and knowledge which went beyond all boundaries and no stone was left unturned, I would have not succeeded in my defense of the matter. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending the firm to anyone they provided sound advice that went far above all my expectations added to this was their drive and work ethics which were outstanding at every point during the journey. Furthermore their team were understanding and patient in guided me through a very difficult time.
