The support you provided me was above and beyond anything I had received from previous solicitor. From the first telephone conversation you were very helpful and honest about the strength of case I had and possible outcomes. I'm currently really struggling to find a solicitor in Leeds as its my first time having to do anything like this, and saw this solicitors offered a free clinic, so I rung during the time given online. The receptionist was very short with me when asking for my name and when I told her my type of issue she said "we don't deal with that" and just hung up. No goodbye, no advice of another solicitor, just hung up. People ringing for solicitors generally aren't having the best time already, maybe some telephone manners?

She will never give up! She will go the extra mile to achieve the best result that she possibly can, working til the early hours if necessary, maintaining client contact out of office hours. Her door is always open to her clients, she will make time for everyone, whoever they are, however vulnerable they might be.
