Leasa....Leasa....Leasa. We used Leasa for our conveyancing. I have never purchased a home before and we called around for many quotes. They were all around the same price and so we went for the ones we liked the reviews on which was Winston Solicitors. My husband and I were appointed Leasa and she exceeded our expectations(based of reviews). Leasa is excellent! fast at replying to email and explains everything in detail so we are able to fully understand the process. When speaking on the phone, Leasa is super enthusiastic and makes buying your first home even more exciting. We didn't feel as stressed as we thought we would be and that is down to Leasa. Leasas enthusiasm is exactly what you want when buying a home and she doesn't make you feel like you are just a client. Nothing is too much for her. Leasas assistant Julie was also lovely when speaking to her. Would I reccomend Winston Solicitors? YES I WOULD! Would i reccomend Leasa Foster ? ABSOLUTELY 1000%. Winston Solicitors use an online platform so you can track the stages you are at, which was great and reassuring. Very impressed with Winston solicitors, we started the sale during lockdown and initially paused things due to the lockdown but started up again when lockdown was eased. I chose Winston Solicitors for my conveyancing. I was not happy with the service I received and initially I could not be bothered to make a formal complaint about it. I just did not want an additional source of stress. Long story short, I made a formal complaint and the outcome was reasonable. I would rather not talk about the members of the team that were dealing with my case. I would rather not get into details as to why I was not happy with the service. However I would like to say a couple of good words about Jonathan Winston though. He dealt with my formal complaint. He is approachable, open minded, and curious to understand a client’s perspective. What I like about this firm is that they care about their clients, and they listen to feedback and this means they are on the right track. Initially my review was 1 star due to poor service, but because Jonathan listened to my concerns and rectified the issue, I decided to increase my rating from a 1 star review to a 3 star review instead. There have been aspects of the service that I was very unhappy about, but there have also been aspects of the service that have been very good.

I would give Leasa Foster 5*+, I have used her for 2 purchased and one sale in my time. Started with her at her previous job (Rotherham) and chose to stick with her even though she is now based in Leeds. She is very proactive and updates you when she can. A lot was done through the post/email, I had one commute up to Leeds to drop my deeds off.
