F. S.I first instructed this earlier this year to handle my sale. I found my solicitor was warm and personable. She worked hard to keep me in the loop, going above and beyond what I would expect. Everything was handled how I would expect. Unfortunately, she contracted Covid-19 once my house purchase was going through and things have taken a turn for the worse since.
The solicitor left the company after recovery and I've been dealing with someone who is rude and unprofessional. I have found every exchange with her to be incredibly stressful. She doesn't return my calls (which adds to my frustrations), nor does she ever email back.
Things have improved in recent months. I do not know if the lack of communication was down to extreme pressure of conveyancers (but I'm guessing it was) but I do feel that my experience with this business has improved and while I would be reluctant to use them again, I do think they have made significant improvement to deliver a good standard of service. I'm very grateful to my conveyancer for all her hard work and effort. Thank you!
