We were recommended Hannah by our estate agents and I can safely say, we were very impressed. Having spent a decade in the business a few years ago, I was expecting a laborious process, snail mail and endless rounds of telephone tag. We couldn't have been more wrong! Hannah and Sarah were super efficient, happy to use email and returned calls quickly. Not the cheapest (or the most expensive) and I would not hesitate to recommend or use them again.

This was not an easy sale. It took nearly 9 months from start to finish and involved 3 potential buyers. EHL came in half way through and shepherded to a finish. There was at times seemingly erratic behaviour from the buyer's solicitors and painstaking progress. Communication was not always of the highest order, perhaps due to the number of people involved, but we got there in the end. Very tidy at the finish and extremely competitively priced, particularly considering it must have been as much a pain in the arse for EHL as it was for me. Would use again but hope I never have to!
