Cannot fault their customer service and care, and more importantly cannot fault their skill with the job in hand which was Eviction a non paying abusive tenant that had enlisted the help of the council and law centre to try to delay the eviction. Eviction Management Services did not mess about and got me possession despite all the hurdles that were put in our way ! Thank You Eviction Management Services!!!
J.Great service! While nothing completely takes the stress out of going through the eviction process Charlie has been great. Explains things simply and gets the job done. Highly recommended, never want to go through this again but if I do then Charlie will be the first call I make.

M. W.Had a problem tenant in my property in Beaumont Ley’s. No rent for nearly 6 months , upset the neighbors, and on top of it started dumping rubbish in the garden that attracted rats. Charles from Eviction Management Services took me in hand and solved my problem !. the tenant was getting housing benefit paid to herself so the first thing he did was make sure it came to me. Then we served both s8 and s21’notices on her. The law centre got involved but Charles had her banged to rights and we got possession in 14 days plus judgement for arrears and costs . Realistically we know we won’t see that money again, but we got them out and got our lives back in the process ! Thank you Charles
