I used IMY legal to handle all the legal elements of our house purchase. The process took longer than expected and COVID contributed to what I thought was unusual delays and we were also in a chain, and this is also where we experienced some delays and was the main reason, we had various completion dates. It took us around 4 months to complete and looking back to when we purchased our first house this was not too uncommon. There were a few frustrations during the process which was cleared up quickly. Eshaq Issak was the person I dealt with most and I found him to be professional, friendly, and patient despite my frustrations at times. He came across as knowledgeable and were able to answer my questions, most importantly if there was something he was not sure about he would always inform me of this and went back to check and then get back to me and I appreciated this. My experience of IMY legal is that over all they did the best they could within the restraints of COVID and third parties being involved. I would probably use them again with other purchases if it was not for the fact that they were a little to far away from me.
