Simply fantastic. I was a first time buyer where Neil Hall was looking after me. I must have asked him 1million stupid questions and I was literally on the phone to him every other day. He was very patient with me and talked me through every question I had. Communication was 10/10 and kept me in the loop with every single update. Really friendly to talk to and a real asset to his company. I will most certainly recommend Premiere Property Lawyers and will most certainly be using their services again should the need arise. I would highly recommend especially if you are a first time buyer. Also, I would like to add that after the exchange was completed and all the fees were paid, I had to call him 2 weeks after for more help with information on the property. Although he already sent me the info previously, he took the time out to give me all the information again and forwarded all details to my email address promptly. Well all I can say about this company is fantastic!! Right from the get go they have kept us in the loop of our sale and purchase. Our case handler is Jessica pickup and she has been amazing. Will always speak to her clients and keep them updated. As was to be expected, some issues arose during the sales process but they were dealt with efficiently. Chris was relaxed and easy to deal with and, on occasion, took care of issues outside of regular working hours. PPL also charged a reasonable rate. Some documents required a signatures and could not be signed electronically (was only about 3). Unsure if this was due to a legal requirement.

We have used PPL to both sell and purchase a property over the last year (and through the system outages). They were by far the best party in both exchanges. The comparison lawyers (the sellers of our new property and the buyers of our old property) were so slow and never replied. PPL, however, always reply to emails on the same day, answered all questions and calls and responded to all enquiries very quickly. The system outages were dealt with by our individual conveyancing team (Helen Fish) very well. They kept us up to date with our cases and still progressed them, despite the system and the other solicitors that they were working with. Very reasonable prices and they also work well with our estate agents, so we had a corresponding sales progress worker to make sure the sales kept on track. Would recommend.

Have just used Premium Property Lawyers for conveyancing services and wow what a smooth and quick transaction. At first I was a bit iffy shall we say of using an online service as opposed to your traditional local options etc. But this has turned out to be the most professional and quick transaction I have had. The Conveyancer that I dealt with was called Dante Dawes and from the first initial phone call I knew this was going to be a good choice. Dante's knowledge of the process and his professional manner really helped with comms throughout the transaction and gave me confidence through the process. The software they use is very impressive and has a dashboard to show progress and what needs to be done in clear and concise manner. I'm fine with tech and IT but literally "anyone" could use this system and get through the tasks. But aside from the very impressive software a team of humans works this machine behind closed doors. And I had the pleasure of dealing with Dante Dawes from the team. His Professional tone and knowledge of the process was simply perfect and has left a very good experience for myself that I will remember. Any future conveyancing needs will be done through Premium Property Lawyers. So to summarise this review If you want to complete a property transaction in 2 months then this is how it's done, very impressive indeed.

Our purchase took 15 months but this wasn’t the fault of PPL. Had a cyber security attack and we’re difficult to contact through that time. No data or documents were lost. After the attack they were easy to contact over phone and email. Chased up my purchase when it started to slow down and stall.

I AM ONLY GIVING 5 STARS SO THE REVIEW DOESNT GET BURIED The most incompetent and expensive solicitors in the midlands. Rizwan handled our property purchase and for the first 6 months of the purchase we could never get straight through to him. Only after making a formal complaint, he started making an effort to contact us and return our calls. Our purchase took 10 months to complete but I believe because of Rizwan misinformation it felt like 3 years. He didn't communicate properly with the upper chain and this meant the dates were wrong 5 times. We were charged highly for every service he provided which would have been okay, if the service was good, but paying £2,000+ for poor, communication, misinformation and blasé attitude is not worth ideal. Go elsewhere do not use this solicitors

When asking for someone to tell me when they'd be able to check that the bank got the fax (yes, fax!) they sent 9 working days ago I was told "that it's not linear like a delivery from Amazon and that they can't tell me when they'll be able to call" I expressed the urgency and Danielle said "you have no idea what my day looks like" and just wanted to argue with me about how busy she was and how unreasonable, I, the customer was being wanting my case to get some attention after 2 weeks. My case started on the 19th August 2021 and I was given a completion date of the 15th - 29th of this month. The seller are pushing for the 30th, of this month which suits me fine as I have handed in my notice on my current property as given the above dates. I rang the main office on Thursday just gone who advised me that they would speak to the conveyancer to push this to be completed by the 30th so I can confirm to the seller ; I have heard nothing back. I have emailed several time thinking they could still access emails which the person confirmed on Thursday that they have no access whatsoever which I don’t understand as you would have thought a back up system would in place which obviously there isn’t so I assume it is all a waiting game now which is delaying things for , not only myself but the seller also. It would have been nice to be in for Christmas but my gut feeling is telling me that it could take a while which is a real shame as I thought they were fab until the IT security Breach! I will chase again today to see if they can push for the 30th (fingers crossed)
