The "InTouch" app is OK - it never seemed to be updated with the latest info, and kept logging me out. Purchase went smoothly, and they kept me informed with what info they required from me. Only other downside - they promised a completely online experience, but I had to physically sign and get witnessed one form. It would be great if that could be done online. Overall, an excellent service for the price.
