My girlfriend and I have recently had a brilliant time dealing with Sammy Callaby and her team. We decided at the start of the year we would start looking for a house to buy together and already in June we have been through the full process of finding and buying the house. It feels incredible for how quick this time has flown by. Dealing with Sammy felt so easy. We didn't often have to chase up on much as our stuff was always being worked on. Naturally, our searches took quite a while to come back but this is only natural with house buying. Both Sammy and Joanne weren't excellent at answering the phones if we tried to call however they were usually very quick to reply to an email. In email communications I would sometimes have to ask the same question twice to get an answer but I understand that they are working on a lot of things all at once. These small bits are the only reason I knock it down to a 4 star review. Otherwise I have had an excellent experience of working with HPL. Thank you for all your help!

Wow !! Where do I start !! I was put in touch with Dominic Reeves at Home Property Lawyers from the start of my journey to purchasing a home for myself, my son and my ill father. The journey ended up with me changing the house 3 times due to various situations with the actual sellers and properties, therefore making an already stressful process of purchasing even harder as my son is 3 and my dad is 83 and very unwell. All I can say is THANK GOD I had Dominic as my solicitor!!! From the very start through to the very end of it all (ending in us getting the most perfect beautiful house ever) Dominic worked solidly to move forward at every stage every day. The contact was remarkable, the ease of obtaining information amazing. I also personally struggle with mental heating issues including an unstable emotional personality disorder, anxiety and depression. Which through the ups and downs that incurred certainly flared up.
