R. C.Mr Khan was very professional and able to identify hearing problems. In one sense am happy this was detected but obviously not from my personal health. I am grateful for his attention to detail and ability whilst being very polite and patient focused. Please pass on my sincere thanks.
T. S.The location was fine and the appointment on time. I was put at ease by the Dr and his assistant. A small criticism is the directions within the venue to the appointment rooms were not clear. The waiting area needed instructions as what to do from that point. Overall a positive experience.

Direct questions asked and direct responses were required which made the experience feel sligtly impersonal. The Doctor requested I have more physio however, I have not heard any further information regarding further physio sessions.

T.As I had never been here before I was made to feel very welcome, was half an hour early for my appointment, but was taken in and seen to right away, Mrs Mccreesh was very friendly and professional throughout, the hearing test was different to what I was used to but hey-ho. A pleasing experience throughout!
