This company then proceeded to seek compensation on my behalf. They were successful in this claim which has just been completed Jan 2023. The service from this company has been first class from start to finish not just from Ronnie Hutcheon but from another staff member-Chantelle- who kept me informed on a regular basis of all developments. Everything completed by phone and e-mail. I would certainly use this firm again for any issues that I have and you do not need to live in Liverpool.. A very positive ten out of ten..

I decided to use R J Hutcheon after seeing the reviews on Google. After speaking to someone about the complex claim that I was wanting to put in, these guys seemed perfect. I'm not going to lie and say that the process was plain sailing, because it wasn't. There were times that I personally felt there could have been more communication, but as I previously said, the claim was very complex. I also didn't receive the full amount that I felt I deserved however Martin fought tooth and nail to get me near enough what I wanted and I was happy with the end result. Four years the process to took and by the end of it, I think Martin became a member of the family as he knew so much about us in the end. Would I use them again regardless of how frustrating MY claim was? Yes because they were professional, sympathetic, full of professional advice and listened to me regarding my concerns throughout. It was so badly run with numerous delays and incompetence the Court struck it out!! Have always been fantastic, up until the point I overpaid them. They continued to receive £75 from me by direct debit 2 months after I had cleared my balance. Then when I call to reclaim they keep saying the owner Ronnie is either ill or they will email him to return my call, because none of them have access to my account. It's January 26th 2016 now and I've tried 6 times, since the new year. Not a positive customer service from them. Otherwise I would have said 5 stars not 3. Let down at the end Karl Newton
