I had an issue with my boiler not being fixed by my landlord but the soliticor was able to sort it out straight away and even negotiate compensation from my landlord. They indeed, Showed up and did everything, and even with The pandemic going on, they always kept me informed. When it was safe for the solicitor to do certain things, they came through and extensive on communication, whether it is calling, emailing or texting if even when there were emergency issues with my housing regarding the disrepairs.
Yes, it's their job to do what they are supposed to do, but for myself, they were a haven for me when I was falling apart.

I first approached Zahid Choudry back in 2017, and every time I went back to him he always had an idea what to do with an immigration matter, whether it was for my very complex case or my friends (whom I happily still refer to Zahid).
Not only is Zahid a knowledgeable and creative lawyer, but he also always puts his clients first- in my experience, it's very rare to see an immigration solicitor put clients and not the money first.
If you're struggling with a difficult FLR, ILR or any immigration case, I would have no doubts in recommending Zahid- he will listen carefully, advise the best course of action, tell you honestly if you have little chances, stay by your side until the last minute and if needed- recommend the right colleague or barrister to work with.
I have seen him handle the most complex cases with compassion, late nights, and last-minute deadlines.
