I approached Amphlett Lissimore almost two years ago to request their services in supporting my elderly father through the conveyancing process for the sale of two of his properties. Both cases were complex with many delays which were mostly due to unhelpful estate agents and difficult buyers. Two years later, writing this review now, I feel unable to succinctly put into words how truly grateful my father and me are for the expert knowledge, professionalism and confidence shown by our solicitor Lisa Goder. Lease extension - The phrase “due diligence” is often loosely used however, in my opinion, this phrase was created to uniquely describe Neelam Trikha of Amphlett Lissimore. This lady is an absolute “rotweiller” for detail and made the process of extending a lease on a property painless and affordable, considering the unexpected extensive work involved. This lady will not leave a stone unturned and proved so locating essential missing paperwork that had been buried in archives for over 30 years. Her attention to detail in reviewing a rather antiquated original lease, prior to the extension application, was breathtaking. There were no wasteful expensive emails, just a telephone call, in plain simple language to explain any progress and plans. If you want something done with confidence and ultimately finely tuned results, Neelam should be your first port of call.
