A very big thankyou to Bradley and his team for making my experience for buying my first house very good. Bradley was very professional and made the buying stress free. Traveling in Southern Africa, we discovered that original or certified copies of our childrens' birth certificates would be required to drive into South Africa. I called Andrew Croft on a Friday lunchtime and by that evening he had sent us copies of the certificates with covering letters certifying them. He was able to come up with the best option and turn the documents around urgently which was most impressive - and which enabled us to carry on our trip.
