When I first came to the UK for two weeks to make some research and learn more about the Turkish Businessperson Visa(ECAA) also known as Ankara Agreement in May 2017, I contacted several solicitors but none of them gave me the intention that they can make it work for me. I would like to write our story first, to be able to express our feelings truly to the people who is reading this review. After discussing with many other solicitors and also with Semira , we had no doubt of Semira's knowledge and experience and we decided to go with Ashton Ross Law and we made our first ILR application in 2016 with knowing that the home office was going to refuse my wife's visa as we did not have any other application .I myself had my ILR after 1,5 years of long wait, and my wife had her refusal for the reason of not living together 2 years prior to the application. In that point our super hero solicitor SEMIRA DILGIL suggested us a different route which was FLR (FP) rather than fighting with home office. But unfortunately we had another refusal after 1,5 year again with the most stupid reasons of home office. Semira did not give up and appealed the decision and finally we had our hearing couple months ago and we won the case. First of all we cannot thank enough to Semira and Buket's hard works for us . From first minute to the last minute of our journey we strongly trust their knowledge and at the end we did not fail. We have friends who took decision of fighting home office when they get their ILR refusal for the same reason of 2 years rule and they have been unsuccessful. So they have to go back to turkey after 3-4 years long wait which is really upsetting. I believe we were one of their headache customer as it took 3,5 years to get my vife's visa. We have called many times as well as asked them to write to home office as we really had bad times in our private life. They never said no and never make us feel uncomfortable. Yet , they were our biggest support for our journey not like a solicitor but like a family member . Some people works for money and you know it but this people working with their faiths and soul and we definitely felt that from our heart . Semira hanımı şaşırtmasa da beni şaşırttı ve ilk red cevabımı aldım. Bu aşamadan sonra dosyamı Sn. Buket Erdoğan aldı. Sonrasında red kararına itiraz ettik yine beklenen oldu kararını değiştirmedi “ Home Office “... Sonra itirazın itirazı gibi bişey oldu yine itiraz ettik ( her itirazda red kararlarını çürütmemize rağmen ) ve kararından dönmedikleri gibi üstüne 7 gün içinde ülkeyi terketmem gerektiği yazıyordu. Buket hanım ülkeyi terketme kararının yanlış olduğunu böyle bir haklarının olmadığını söyleyerek bu kararı mahkemeye taşıdı. Mahkeme bizi haklı bularak üstüne bir de itiraz hakkı verdi. Ama Buket hanımın yeni başvurunun daha mantıklı olacağını söylemesi üzerine yeni başvuru yaptık. Bu aşamaya kadar yaklaşık 1 yıl oldu neredeyse. Bunun yanında dizimdeki ön çapraz bağ yırtığının artması , sürekli beni rahatsız etmesi , ameliyat olmam gerektiği düşüncesi ; beni herşeyden pes edip tekrar Türkiye’ye dönmeye itiyordu. Ama Buket hanım bana o kadar inanıyordu ki kendimden bile daha çok. Bu süreçte benimle dertlenmiştir, elinden gelenin fazlasını , çok daha fazlasını yapmıştır. Ve hiç beklemediğimiz bir an da tam 2 ayda vizemi aldım. Şok oldum adeta ! Ne diyeceğimi bilemiyorum.
