L. B.I only dealt with them on the phone but the lady was so helpful! Didn't try to bring me in for consultation (fee) like all the other solicitors, told me on the phone whether they could represent me or not, gave me thorough detailed information, answered all my questions and on finding out that they could not represent me the lady gave me all the advice and info I would need to proceed without them! The most helpful person I've spoken to, in any profession, in weeks. If my case changes to meet their criteria (which it might do) I will be calling boothroyds and only boothroyds.
m. c.Good criminal solicitors however there is one problem I had when dealing with them and others will also have the same problem if anyone wants to request information they hold about them selves, they ignore the Information Commissioners Office (ICO) rules and charge their customer more than they are legally allowed to (£10) when requesting personal information about yourself (making a subject access request).
