J. W.Really pleased I found these guys - had water pouring in to my house for months and my landlord didn't want to do owt about it until I got Clarke Barnes involved. Within weeks of speaking with my solicitor I had more surveyors and workmen out than I'd had in the previous 10 years. Long story short, my house got fixed and I actually got some compensation to boot, right result! Would recommend calling these guys if your landlord is fobbing you off with repairs as they will get things fixed.
T. W.Brilliant service - I made contact with Clark Barnes as I had very valid issues with my landlord - my property was in a dire state and in need of urgent repair. I was allocated a solicitor who handled the whole situation for me with the utmost diligence. Communication and explanation of what we could do, what was next, the steps etc was really efficient! I couldn't recommend them more, not only for the service, in general, but results and the proof in the pudding, ie. my place is now perfect and all is how it should be. Definitely a 5* from me :)
