I attended a 10 weeks internship at Cosmonauts and I loved the time spent with the team. Everyone has been amazing, always available and extremely inclusive from Day One. The team is young, dynamic and fun to be around but at the same time everyone is so passionate about their job. That automatically transfers to you, pushing to give your best. The pandemic hit hard the whole country, and a young gradated like me couldn't have hoped for a better opportunity. Despite the numerous restrictions, we managed to keep going to the office, with the option for those who didn't feel like it, to stay at home. If in a first moment I decided to keep going, which gave me back that lost feeling of normality, during this lockdown I am now working from home. Somehow I still feel like I am in the office, wherever I am working form - still, everyone is 100% available, all the time, and they show closure and try to help in any way possible. It was actually over any expectation I could have had. The internship at Cosmonauts was actually the first one in my life, and, when I got it, I started with the expectation that, as an intern, I would have been there mainly observing, helping out with printing, and sometimes bringing coffees around. Instead, I was COMPLETELY INVOLVED in their projects from my first week, they gave me tasks that allowed me to learn so many thing, even slightly different from my field of studies, and the best thing is that I always was given the space and the time to learn. I never felt rushed, or judged or not appreciated, it was really an amazing first experience and I would suggest it strongly to anyone. It is a crazy bunch here at Cosmonauts, but anyone can fit it! P.S. I am now a Graphic Designer at Cosmonauts

Cosmonauts are the best business development team in the UK and perhaps the universe. We've used them over the past 6 months for our startup, Legal Connection and in that time they have become a great asset and also great friends. Internship review - Marketing I have worked with Cosmonauts on my 2 month marketing internship. I have applied for this while still being a full time university student, where I needed a couple of weeks' real life experience. Cosmonauts has been so pleasant and flexible in taking me on, I was able to negotiate my availability in hours and internship length as well. Arranging all this in the middle of a pandemic seem like a difficult task for me, but Cosmonauts has taken me on just as promised, only working with them from home. I have thoroughly enjoyed my time, I have been able to tailor my training to my own and the businesses' needs, I gained first hand experience in content writing, becoming a published writer, while also working with the wider team, and external clients. I was also very well supported in my university studies and dissertation. My experience working from home has been very great, being trained from a distance sounded impossible, and turned out smooth and just as inclusive as it would have been in the office. My internship was more than I expected, the team is dynamic, constantly on the ball, ready to take anything on, I was taken on so easily and readily. I expected a set corporate long winded training, but Cosmonauts has been trusting in my creativity and gave me my own responsibilities to work as I work best, which I guess is kind of the dream of someone working in marketing! I have learnt a lot of useful skills, including prioritising and organising working on various projects at the same time, communicating through the whole company with different departments and clients. Most importantly I learnt a lot about myself, and the key skills I possess that make me valuable in the workplace. I would definitely recommend taking your internship at Cosmonauts, even if you are a bit unsure about your own skills, they will see you as a unique person with valuable capabilities, and will help you work on your weaknesses too. There is a brilliant atmosphere and team of lovely people :)
