I had a complicated Indefinite Leave to Remain application. I had been out of the UK due to covid and my husband ( British citizen) working out of the UK. Cranbrook legal made sure I had all the documents I needed and wrote my appeal for the time I was absent. It took 6 months but I did get my ILR. The fee was reasonable considering all the work. I was told upfront what their fees were, the Home Office fees and the BRP appointment fees.
