I have been benefitting from Anne’s services for about 15 years both on professional and personal level. She and her team helped number of our clients winning their cases against Home Office. I referred her firm to quite a few of my personal contacts in the past and none reported any complaint. Davidson Morris have got an excellent in-house team of professionals together with a network of highly skilled external barristers to fight the cases in higher courts. However, one can find a variety of law firms in London who would provide the same level of expertise. The main reason for my greater respect for Anne is the way she helped me and my family when she dealt with my father’s complex case in very unusual circumstances. Any descent law firm will provide you with high level of professional support, however in my father’s case the way Anne provided us with emotional support, is almost impossible to find. ‘Thank you’ is huge understatement Anne!

I hired DavidsonMorris last year after my citizenship application was refused by the Home Office. I am a Belgian national and have lived in the UK for nearly 20 years. I live here, I work here, I was married here (divorced now) and I pay tax here. But I was turned down for British citizenship because I am also self-employed and the earnings from that are not enough to please the Home Office. The wonderful people at DavidsonMorris put together a letter to ask the Home Office to reconsider their decision. The letter was excellent. It included examples of other people in similar situations as myself who were granted citizenship. It also politely but firmly suggested that the Home Office read their own rules. According to those rules I ticked every box to be granted citizenship. Long story short: the Home Office reconsidered and granted me citizenship.
