It took less than two month from memo being sent to completion, during probably one of the busiest times in the housing market as everyone rushed to get their deal before 1st of July. He always promptly responded to all my enquires and managed to spot tiniest issues in the documents.
We exchanged on 29th and completed on 30th and that is with a chain of 4 properties - simply chaos - that has been dealt with so professionally that in the end it felt like a joyful ride.
