I.I had an average experience with this firm and with one of their solicitors a very poor experience (when he was with another firm and not this one) - l was young and it was my first experience of appointing a lawyer and l had no idea l was actually on an hourly rate and the final bill was £8000 for a conveyancing service that l now pay £1500-2000 for. The bill was reduced to £4000 when l complained but still l was much overcharged. I learnt an awful lot about dealing with lawyers. Never ever agree an hourly rate if you can avoid. My younger naive self - 15 yrs later l still remember.
