Will recommend this firm to anyone who needs immigration help. My children’s refusal was overturned on appeal. 1st child turned over 18 after applications and was refused by various reasons. Kareesha ( stylish, fashionable, classy and I must say very professional). I have been suffering due to home office since 2017 and been paying around way too much money with no positive results and incompetence. After suffering around, my very good friend introduced me with this lovely lady Kareesha who helped his friend to win his case. Case Refused - FTT Refused Because of My Previous Barristers Negligence. UTT Refused. Fresh Application Refused. UC refused on Papers oral allowed. At this stage I contacted Mr Paul Turner. In the court Home Office agreed to reconsider my case. (First Success - after all the above rejections) HO kept the application for an Year and Half. Than they sent an MTR Letter. I got the response submitted through MR Paul Turner Within 14 days. In Response to MTR he raised valid arguments, it was precise and very well drafted and Received my BRP on the 7th Day after submission. I have now received an ILR status. We firstly sought help from an immigration solicitor to lodge the appeal however she did not think we would win the appeal, thinking we would need to go down the 5 year route again. We first contacted Paul in 2015 after my then girlfriend had three visit Visa refusals to the UK. We were almost at the point of giving up, noting that one of the failed applications was through a separate solicitor who assured us it would be a straight forward process. After contacting my local MP he also had no success even after contacting the Head of Immigration. After some time of almost giving up we researched other options and came across Paul's website and did some research on him, we checked his credentials and noting his previous successes, we decided to contact Paul's office. My another brother applied for FLR(FP) but the application was refused due to ‘TOEIC Allegation’ ‘Not valid 3C leave’ (Home Office said they served the refusal letter in the past but we have not received it) and ‘Wrong Immigration History’. Previous Review: At last, after a long battle with the Home Office, we have received our ILR. The First Tier Tribunal judge has criticised the home office’s decision and Home Office has implemented the Immigration Judge’s decision within a week without any delay. I had a complicated case in regard to getting my UK Residency. I tried several different law firms in London and were happy to take my money and then turn around and say they couldn’t find a suitable visa. I searched the internet and finally came across a blog on Paul Turner, I called Imperium Chambers and was referred to Jay Gajjar. During our initial calls I was a bit thrown back when he said he has a plan and can’t see any issues. I asked many questions (probably too many) throughout and Jay would respond back professionally and in a timely manner.
