I cannot recommend enough the services from Lawrence Stephens solicitors, especially Mr Glen Bayliss, who did a fantastic job managing my house buy, despite very challenging circumstances. As a first time buyer, I got a really clear understanding of every step of the process, Glen was extremely responsive (on the phone and emails) and his attention to detail was second to none. If it wasn't for the work of Lawrence Stephens and Glen specially, I'm almost certain I couldn't complete before the stamp duty deadline, as the sellers solicitors were the complete opposite. They were quick but very detailed to make sure nothing was missing, down to the very last min. I feel really lucky to had their service, again highly recommended.
