The visa process is in the UK can be very daunting and the team at LexVisa were very supportive throughout. I found them through a random search online but from the first conversation, their approach seemed very professional and thorough. From the list of documents to the drafting of the representations, my conversion from a tier iv to a a visa as spouse of EU citizen was made possible by Yasmeen and her team. LEXVISA Immigration Solicitors & Barristers We first contacted Lexvisa for a initial consultation on what we would need to do to apply for a spouse visa (settlement visa) for the uk I was returning to the uk for work and my wife a Indian national would be joining me. From the get go they were professional and clearly explained the process that we needed to follow and what we would require to be successful Based on the initial consultation we decided to engage the service of Lexvisa and the support and help has been great. They clearly explained all the steps , documentation requirements etc then began the process of collecting documents and testimonials , while at times we found it frustrating Lexvisa pushed us to get the correct supporting documents , wording in testimonies etc . The review process was extremely detailed and our supporting documents were securitised and adjustments made. As part of the process applications were completed for us to review and supporting letters from Lexlaw well written. As the process unfolded Lexlaw responded quickly to emails and were available all the time to answer questions on the phone ( I think over 50 emails and numerous phone calls) Even after the application was submitted they still offered support and advice. We believe that Lexlaw were instrumental in helping us provide above and beyond supporting documentation to successfully aquire the visa . If you are questioning if it's worth the cost to hire Lexvisa don't as you don't want to leave it to chance 1 mistake and your application maybe delayed or rejected , they truly went above and beyond to ensure that we had a ironclad case and exceeded the supporting documentation so there could be no doubt in us getting approved which was the case.
