D. B.Ben Menahem from OGR handled my commercial lease agreement. It was the first time I was taking on a commercial lease so I had a lot questions and nerves about it all. Ben was absolutely fantastic at going through all the documentation and providing sound guidance. Ben was available anytime I needed him and was extremely quick to enact changes. The lease was sent back and forth many times between us and my landlords and Ben spent a fair amount of time on the lease and was extremely fair and reasonable with his pricing. My experience of most professional services has been you ask to buy them a coffee and spend 5 minutes with them, they will make you pay for coffee and charge you for your time. Ben was not like this and by far the most reasonable professional services individual I have worked with.
