Let's face it, divorces are not easy, I called many legal services before I chose Andrew. He was the only lawyer willing to share information regardless if I was a paid customer or not. During the past three years, I met Andrew a few times but mostly the processes happened through virtual communication. He executed my divorce processes while I was away from the UK. I was well informed of the legal terms & implications. He kept professional boundaries of what he can advise me and what my rights are in the process. I cannot thank Mr Mahomed Foorqan Ismail enough to have handled my common assault case. Thanks to Mr Mahomed and his team’s dedication, diligence and passion, who helped me won an extremely difficult common assault case; he turned a dare situation into completely great result - at the trial, the judge gave me not guilty verdict. I was very happy with the result as it will be immensely helpful and beneficial for my following up divorce case. It was a 10 months painful process and most difficult time in my life, and Mr Mohomed Ismail helped me right from the beginning, he gave me valuable legal advices at the police station, twice, before the policewomen interviewed me, and he was with me during the interview through the phone. I have never used any criminal lawyer before, and at the police station during legal consultation via telephone, he gave me assurance and confidence instantly. My would be ex-husband accused me with several false allegations in relation to domestic abuse, resulting me got arrested and excluded from home and not seeing my daughter. Mr Mahomed contacted me at every stage via various ways. He is not only a professional and empathetic criminal lawyer; but additionally a good listener and always being responsive to all my queries swiftly. At that time, I was on Universal Credit, and he helped me sorted out my legal aid, as without the fund, I would not have been able to afford the legal services, including consultation provided by criminal solicitors, barrister and interpreters. He understood the whole picture in terms of how the outcome would impact my divorce case and went above and beyond, for example, contacting my family lawyer around my first hearing, as well as contacting my daughter’s social worker towards dropping one of my bail conditions, not contacting my daughter, which enabled me to have seeing my daughter freely without any third party involved in. Prior to the trial, Mohammed also arranged an experienced defence barrister representing my case who has done fantastic job at the court. If anyone looks for a highly experienced solicitor specialising in Criminal law at different fields, I would highly recommend Mr Mahomed Ismail, Director of MFI Law, as your first choice. I have been dealing with contact issues with my daughter over 8 years following on from a very acrimonious split with the mother. Initially I appointed a legal team to secure contact but once that was established I have represented myself as a litigant in person numerous times. However, I found my self in an alarming situation whereby my daughter was so intensely coached and controlled over the years that she made extremely serious allegations against me.
