We used Matthew Bosworth as our solicitor for a very high value purchase of a flat in central London. I really can't say enough good things about him: - He was incredibly responsive. - He was thorough and really helped us understand our (quite complex) situation. - He had superb contacts for other professionals we might need to use. - We had a problematic survey. He really helped us understand what the implications of what this were in the context of shared freehold, etc. - He was really good at pushing the other side along. - He was really patient and understanding when lots of things took a long time. - But once we were ready, he'd already done the prep and we were able to exchange in 24 hours. All in all my best ever experience with a solicitor buying a property (and I'm quite experienced.) (The pictures are the view from the fancypants property we bought.)

Matthew Bosworth acted as our solicitor for the sale of both our properties and he was great to deal with; highly knowledgeable, engaging and communicates well and responds on a timely basis. One of our sales was more complicated, involving freehold/leasehold complexity and he absolutely knew his stuff on this and resolved it for us, even though the other party was struggling to know how to best approach it.
