These guys represented me in a dispute over a cancelled flight. Apparently, we were successful and a settlement was transferred but I never heard anything back from either Montpelier Solicitors or the claim management company (flight-delayed.co.uk) despite reaching out multiple times. I would not recommend this company. Update - This was rectified by the claim management company, review changed to 5 stars.
